ANIRBAN BHADURI

ANIRBAN BHADURI founded INNATE in 2005 after working at DMA(Dulal Mukherjee and Associates) in Kolkata, India. His eloquent design, innovation and creative mind has earned accolades and awards for INNATE. Anirban defines architecture as the art and science of making sure our buildings fit with the way we want to live our lives. Through careful analysis of various parameters from local culture and climate, ever- changing patterns of contemporary life, Anirban believes in the idea of culture driven design as the driving force for his design process. Anirban oversees INNATE's operations and business development.
Anirban is the recipient of many awards and recognitions. He has appeared in several seminars and public talks , spreading awareness about sustainable architecture and also the sensitivity of the cultural settings. He is a Gold medalist in Architecture from IIEST, Kolkata. He is the visiting faculty and jury in several Architectural Universities.

SANJAY MANDAL

As Principal Architect and Partner, Sanjay mandal manages the overall health and growth of INNATE and support functions. Ssnjay oversees INNATE's finances, operations and business development, and is responsible for optimizing cash flow, developing the organization and executing strategic priorities. Prior to joining INNATE as Partner and Principal Arhitect in 2006, Sanjay worked in DMA(Dulal Mukherjee and Associates)in Kolkata for nine years He is articulate and pragmatic in his design and a thorough knowledge of mechanical and other services. He joined INNATE and together with Anirban gave a new dimension.
He is recipient of several awards for his pragmatic designs. He completed his Architectural Graduation from IIEST , Kolkata in 1997 and thereafter completed several professional courses, including specialization in Architectural illumination.

SHANTANU AICH BHOWMICK

Shantanu A Bhowmick is Partner and Design Director of Sybarite Studio,the Interior Design wing . He is partner-in-charge of designs, planning and execution of entire Interior Division. Started Design career in Delhi as a freelancer & specialized on interior designing for a tenure of 6 years on commercial, residential & exhibition projects. Relocated to Kolkata in the year 2001 & commenced career on project management on a freelance basis for prestigious corporate interior projects. Attained quality expertise & skill by virtue of handling projects launched by Taj Hotel. Acquired knowledge about turn-key project methodology in the capacity of a senior Project manager at Space Matrix. Gained international exposure on management & abstract design execution by implementing projects with regard to entertainment centers at Dubai, UAE. He formed ACUMEN CONSULTANTS on 2009 and worked for various high profile projects including projects of national importance.

THE TEAM

The TEAM consists of a group of approximately Forty young and dedicated individuals who give in their best in all spheres of an architectural unit. Coming from all aspects related to design, consultancy and execution including Planner, Architects, Senior and Asst. Architects, Structural Engineers and Site Execution specialists, 3d Visualizers and Interior Designers , have studied and designed a wide variety of buildings.

Assisting in our Endeavour are a group of around ten experienced Site Engineers and Project Managers and Interior deign execution specialists who make sure that only the best is delivered, coordinating skilled and unskilled labor, providing expertise to our clients, bridging the gap between the desk and the field.

We are presently working on more than Forty million sqft. of real estate spaces and more than 300 acres of master planning and our endeavor Is to deliver world class architecture & complete client satisfaction. Our motto is to provide one stop solution of real estate to our client.

We are equipped with the most updated software and hardware to facilitate our client and optimize time.
